I have never been one for working out, at least not on a schedule. But yesterday I was introduced to a client who is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher! At first thought of yoga, all I thought of was people sitting in a circle meditating. I never knew that there was such a contemporary feel to the art of yoga! I was amazed at the strength and abilities this woman had! I will definitely be interested in working with her again, maybe on the mat instead of behind the camera!
