While working on a project for school, I was documenting the life of a fellow student. As I was finding out more and more about her and her life, I found out about her love for surfing. On Saturday, April 13 I followed her to a surfing contest that she was taking part in. While there I was able to watch and photograph multiple heats of the competition.
